Reimbursement

A reimbursement can only occur in case of a quality defect of a product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 30 days following delivery and Woolandthegang.com will replace or if impossible compensate the customer by crediting his account with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty.

Delivery

Delivery is by DHL.

Following the purchase order confirmation by Woolandthegang.com, delivery will take place at the address indicated by the client.

Returns

The client becomes responsible for the purchased items upon delivery of the products, even if the said products are deposited in front of the customer’s door or at a neighbor in his absence.

If a customer orders products by mistake, these will not be taken back nor reimbursed by Woolandthegang.com

Delivery is performed by DHL. If the client is absent during the delivery, and the merchandise cannot be put in the mailbox, the customer will receive one notice for a second delivery.
